Called ahead about another truck at the Greenfield location. Jeff B looked into that truck for me, but after discussing it, decided it wasn’t what I was looking for. He pointed out some other truck that had the options I was looking for an settled on looking into an F150 Lariat. He got me an appointment at the E Washington St location where I met with Lauren W. Got in a test drive and was interested. They gave me a fair deal on my 2014 F150 trade, $16,500. The Manager Brian W closed the deal by offering me new front tires and another key. From the time I arrived for the test drive until I drove off the lot was under 2 hours. Will do business with this location again.
I recently received my Ford Maverick truck (at MSRP) that I ordered through Capital City. Due to the high demand it took a while to get the truck in but throughout the process Ryan was very helpful and prompt with getting my order in and keeping me informed on all the details. I worked with Harrison and he walked me through everything on the vehicle and even helped link my phone to it. Amazing customer service, highly recommended! To top it all off they were running a holiday promo and gave me a 55" TV too! Completely unexpected!
