2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon

I have been a customer of Tutton Jeep/RAM since 2018. I have purchased over 5 Jeeps/Trucks for my family and I can say that the end to end process has always been an AWESOME experience. From the second I walk in the sales door, working with April (Sales) Richard (Finance and Mgmt.) has always been a pleasure. I have been able to find the vehicle I want, with the right options and great price. Their Service Department is one that I trust fully. I send my kids, wife to them and they are attentive and super friendly. Always greeted with a smile, get calls on updates on my service items and love working in their customer service lobby area (office calls, video and email). I trust them without a second thought. So for me, they are an AWESOME place to do business with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Bought a Wrangler three weeks ago, worked with Lucas, he was a pleasure to work with as well as the finance manager Andrew. Both men went above and beyond for 100% customer service. The Jeep I bought had a lift on it, but didn’t have side rails for me to get into my jeep. Andrew had Lucas order side rails and Zach’s Trucking Co put the rails on the jeep for me. The previous owner had their name of the jeep on the hood of the jeep, and Lucas arranged for the decal co that Tutton used to remove the decals off my jeep. I am so satisfied with my purchase, I will not go anywhere else but Tutton to buy a jeep again. Thank you all.

So glad I decided to use this dealership for service. Was afraid I had bought a lemon from a dealer in another state due to issues discovered after purchase. Ethan reassured me that they would do a full inspection and take their time. Adam was completely thorough, and I am now confident that my Jeep is safe.
