The salesperson Adrian was awesome. Felt very comfortable and felt 0 stress while looking for a new Bronco. Finance department was great and easy to work with as well. Dealer made the whole experience painless and quick. Would recommend Monaco to anyone looking for a Ford.
Honestly, I went in expecting the same oily feeling one gets when dealing with shysters who care nothing about the customer other than their money. My experience at Monaco Ford wasn’t even remotely close to that. Everyone from the salesman to the financial services department were incredibly professional, sincere, knowledgeable, and courteous and I genuinely felt that they actually cared about getting me the vehicle of my choice. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a vehicle shopping experience that doesn’t make you feel like you need a shower afterwards. We will definitely go back again!
