Bill and Paul are in-laws who do mechanical work on all the vehicles they sell. I bought a Ford Escape from them and they have been true to their word even going as far as to charge the air conditioner and put new brake pads on after the purchase was finalized. Don't expect the same old sales pitch as other car dealerships; expect knowledgeable mechanics who know vehicles.

Really had a fantastic superb experience working with Bill on a purchase of a Dodge Challenger Hellcat (2015). The car was an upgrade we decided on, after our old Challenger R/T was stolen. So we searched far and wide for this upgrade, and had almost given up on finding the right model and the right price. We're in the Bay Area some 600 miles south of Portland, and we bought the car sight unseen (except for pictures, and a FaceTime chat with Bill). had it delivered via transport. Bill is always available, friendly, courteous, supremely helpful. This is a guy who cares about his customers and the cars he deals in. the post-sales support was incredible from Bill. I had a slight issue with the firmware on the car to be able to pass rigid CA smog emissions (don't get me started). Bill was always there for me, didn't once leave me hanging, sent me a replacement part as needed. I was able, with Bill's support, to get the firmware updated and the A-OK from DMV (these cars are very complex and computerized) and it wasn't a big deal. Just fantastic support through the whole process. Sometimes things happen, and it's all in how we deal with them. Would buy a car again from this shop any day, and honestly I'd trust Bill personally and as a friend with anything. A consummate professional who cares about his product and his customers!

Bill and the PDX Import auto group are the best! I don’t know where to begin. I had the best experience buying a car and it was so quick and could have been quicker had we not had so much fun taking and sharing stories. Bill made sure everything was on point. His inventory is top notch, I was almost considering buying a different car when I got there. I bought his GX 470 (this will be my second one) and out of all my searches none came close to his offer and condition of the car. As a service shop owner myself I was very impressed with his facility and customer service. No salesmen tactics just a passionate business owner.
