Let me start off by saying this place is beyond 5 stars. Our sales & leasing consultant Kooper Crow was amazing. Very knowledgeable on all cars we saw and very understanding on our budget. My family and I just went in to check our cars we've looked at online. Being in person is so much better! Especially with someone so knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with a 2024 Honda Pilot and we absolutely love it!!! Definitely recommend checking them out if you are on a hunt for a new car. ????
I am relocating from California to meridian in 6 days. My husband and I will be starting new jobs the week of the 6th. We needed a new vehicle for him asap. We are still in California so coming into dealership was not an option. Adam helped us get financing and all other things that were required to purchase the car all over the phone. He was a great help and he was able to get us approved and lease signed all within 2 days. All we need to do is pick the car up when we get into town. We are already stressed about the move and Adam was so helpful and was stellar all the way around. This was the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had. There was absolutely no added stress to our lives. I would love to experience every single car deal with Adam! Professional, honest, caring and thorough. 10 stars for Adam!
Brandon took excellent care of us! I imagine in the car sales world I am labeled as a "difficult customer." I ask a lot of questions, I do my research, I have close friends and family in the car industry that can get me better deals on the add ons, and I'm not afraid to walk away from a proposed deal. My wife and I started our research months ago and a couple of Honda Pilots hit our radar last week. We reached out to both Tom Scott and Larry H Miller. I was open with both dealerships about the conversations I had with all parties, and at first it appeared to be a tough decision, especially since my wife had preciously bought from them. Long story short, Larry H Miller decided to use abrasive sales tactics towards my family, and not only lost the sale on their car, but all of our services moving forward. Brandon is a true veteran in the sales world. You can tell he is passionate about his job and knows how to connect with his customers. He answered all my questions quickly, was very communicative throughout the process, and he even answered the phone when he was at home (sorry about that). As a family man myself, I value time at home with my family and typically unplug from work. It wasn't expected but much appreciated how above and beyond Brandon went to help our family get into a vehicle that fit our needs. Thank you Tom Scott Honda! We'll definitely be back soon! The Walkers P.S. We reviewed Larry H. Miller as well. We gave them two stars since their GM called and apologized for how their team behaved. It was an honest review of our experience and was immediately taken down off Google Reviews because they couldn't rectify the situation. I told them moving forward if they want to make things better for me, be better for the next customers they try to railroad into a sale. Our review is still active on Facebook.
