2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave

I have delt with a lot of service departments in my 26 years of driving. This team keeps me up to date, always polite and works around my schedule to the best of their ability. A service department shouldn't be graded on if they make a mistake but on how they handle a mistake. We had one small hiccup on my last truck a few years ago. It took only one phone call to the team, and they jumped all over it to make it right. I didn't even buy the truck from here but it's a good chance my next one will be.

I visited the service dept. for a recall on my vechical. The employees there were super friendly and very helpful. It took about a hr and a half to get the recall taken care of. I was very impressed!
