2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave

My visit was great. My new RV, Dodge Ram 3500 - Dazzle (by Thor) needed its initial oil change and tire rotation. Everything they said would happen - did happen! Pleasant and helpful from moment I arrived ... Timely service and everything done on time ... My visit started awkwardly with an unexpected delay. But, with no excuses, they apologized and made it right. Tony, the service advisor, and Val, the service manager, were on top of the situation and made sure everything was taken care of. It's one thing to make claims, BUT it is another to step up and take responsibility and make sure things get done correctly. IMHO it takes commitment and character to doing things right. I-10 Dodge sets the bar at the top - you can count on them. What better statement could I make! Thank you Tony, Val and I-10 Dodge - a great team.

Tony Warner is the BEST!!!! My original service Advisor retired (he was also great) then I got stuck with two other service Advisors that were terrible. TONY goes above and beyond and is a great communicator. I recently had my car in for a repair, I asked Tony if they had a ride service so that I could pick up my car within 10 minutes i had an Uber at my door taking me to the dealer at no charge to me. Tony said he would get my car washed so that it would be clean for the weekend, unfortunately the car wash wasn't working so he hosed it down and drove it around the block so it would dry. AMAZING! I highly recommend Tony - he's AWESOME!!!
