Great customer service! They got my vehicle in for oil.change and tire rotation ..they found that I needed air cabin filters and an engine filter..asked if I would like the services..and while I waited in the waiting area which was, clean, neat plenty of space, coffee bar and a drink and snack machine for purchase and a childrens play area, the receptionist even offered me a shuttle if on the next repair I needed to drop it off and needed a ride home.. TOP TIER.. I love experiences like these.

Always bring our ‘21 Tahoe here for service and they’ve always done a great job. Staff is always really nice and polite. Only wish they would wash it or provide a code for a local drive through.

Wonderful experience with Haley Chevrolet in Midlothian! Chris helped us find the perfect car for our family and wasn’t pushy at all!
