He was very kind, accommodating, professional, friendly and was very helpful in setting up my new Lexus. He showed me all the features and answered every question. Jordan was super friendly and very helpful. He took care of everything before I even arrived at the dealership. He was fast and very efficient. My financing was done via email. Once I arrived at the dealer, I just had to test drive and sign the paperwork, and I was out the door. My finance guy Sam worked fast and smoothly even though he was new to lexus and still learning.

Scott Lane is the BEST! He ordered our 2024 RX350 and kept us updated every Friday for 7 weeks. When our car arrived he spent his precious time showing the bells and whistles and helped us setting our new car. Sam was quick with the paperworks and the signing process. Sales Manager (sorry I forgot his name) was also very accommodating. Overall it's was the best experience for us as a first time Chandler Lexus customer!!
