I found a type of Mazda that I had been looking for...at a Hyundai dealership of all the places ???????..at Andy Mohr! ???? I was a little bummed out as it started raining while I drove down for my appointment, not ideal conditions to car shop. No worries though, the team had thought ahead and already had the car I was interested in pulled into a large, well kept garage so I could take a close look out of the rain, which left a great impression - great customer service. My salesman, Sean, was great. He was friendly, patient, listened to me, answered a lot of questions and even tolerated some bad jokes as the sun came out on our test drive. I decided to make the purchase and it was near closing time but I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience. They worked expediently to pull the paper work together and I tried to do my part to keep us moving. Gerard in finance was very knowledgeable, efficient and also patient. They've done this before I suspect. ???? Their experience showed. All in all it was a great experience for me at Andy Mohr Hundayi! Thanks for helping me conclude my new-to-me auto search! ????
