My husband I had a great purchase experience with Erik and the whole Camelback Hyundai team. It was smooth and they went out of their way to take care of everything. It was nice no pressure and easy to work with. I have purchased several new cars and even worked in a car dealership and this was by far the best experience.

Kass did an amazing job quoting me the best price possible on a ioniq 5. After literally months of research hundreds of YouTube videos joining a handful of Facebook groups and reading articles on Reddit, I made the leap and drove down from Flagstaff to check one of these vehicles out, hoping to drive one home. first impression was the car wasn’t washed and understandably so this dealership is under construction/remodel currently. I didn’t get the other salesman‘s name, but he was the one that took me for a test drive and did the walk around. That is when we noticed that there was a big chip missing on the rear bumper. he then tried to demonstrate some of the features where the vehicle could pull itself out of a parking spot and that didn’t work immediately It took a few tries then when we got into the car, some of the Software seemed glitchy. The car drove OK we basically went around the block and a little stint on a what seems like an expressway. Based on all the videos that I watched and reviews it was completely underwhelming. I’m not sure if these people are getting paid on YouTube, but it’s not how the vehicle drove. Also, the interior was somewhat different. The glove box is not a pull out drawer, It’s just a regular glovebox. The middle console that supposed to slide back-and-forth did so but again not as much as it did in the YouTube videos. It barely moved a couple inches. Then the backseats again the Youtubers are saying wow this is just like an airplane. I’ve never seen a car that could recline so much and give you so much room in the backseat. Well yes, these seats did recline but again it was maybe an inch or 2. For now, I’ve decided to keep looking and who knows I may end up at Hyundai again and if I do, I hope I get Kass as my sales person.

our experience was great, Everyone was great and treated us like family, but Zack did everything he could do to show us what was available, answer our questions, showed us how it all worked, and no hard sell.. We were surprised at that. when we decided what we wanted, we arrived at a fair price.. Didn't get the last dime in negotiation, but who does? We lived over 100 miles from the dealership, but all final negotiation took place over the phone, paperwork and contract signing done on line.. The agency even delivered the new car and picked up our trade in at our home, again over 100 miles away.. Great experience .
