BIG shoutout to Michael Merritt—for turning what could’ve been an stress-fueled Jeep service visit into a surprisingly smooth ride. He took what felt like the start of a vehicular soap opera and somehow turned it into a choose-your-own-adventure story… with actual solutions! I wanted to go 5-stars for my sales rep they were awesome, except for information on the extended warranty the dealership sways you to buy, so my rep gets a 4 ! They did answer all other questions and still follows up after the sale. Feels this (TWS warranty) is a dealership way to make sure you buy this type warranty. You can’t find information on it until you get to finance office, you don’t even hear of TWS until you're in the signing room. I spent about :30 minutes just trying to learn it with the finance rep. My only complaint, everything else was good.

Had a wonderful buying experience at the dealership. Zavier my sales person, handled all of my pre closing paperwork and insured that all of my information was accurate and complete. This saved so much time! Any questions I had were quickly answered as well as getting management to confirm my tuff questions. Delivery of the vehicle as well as an overview of the features and setup was great! Thanks again Five Star your team went over and above!
