2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave

Nice selection. Had truck I wanted to see up front and ready for me. They utilize more electronic paperwork which cuts out a lot of the mess and fuss. Our sales person was Jessie Welch and she was great. They also helped keep our busy 8 year old entertained. We went home with a new truck and felt comfortable with our trade in value.

I gotta hand it to this branch of Young. I’ve had nothing but absolute trouble and stress from all the other Young dealerships. From Chevrolet making my previous vehicles unsafe to drive, to Kia never contacting me every time I reached out to them for items I had purchased. I have negative stories for each Young except this one. For once I have a positive review. Young GMC has gained my trust in both the service and sales department. They took care of my truck when the a/c condenser broke, and they performed adequate oil changes, never trying to up-sell me anything. I finally decided to start looking for an upgrade. I told them exactly what I wanted, and they went to work! Both Miguel and Vica busted their tails looking high and low to find me what I wanted. Then came this truck. It just happened to get traded in right after I left. So they sent some pictures over, and the rest is history. Very good team to work with, this is by far the ONLY Young that I would recommend.

We totally didn’t expect to buy on our first visit to our first dealer. We wanted to make sure we would get enough for our trade and that we were getting a good deal.
