I had a fantastic experience at Planet Honda! It's not often you hear that, but truly they were great throughout the whole process. MacKenzie was super helpful and kind texting me information. My salesman Danny was informative, patient and attentive. There was NO back and forth that often takes hours. Nope, we got down to business with fair numbers and agreeable terms. They matched a competitors price for my trade-in without hesitation. And lastly Wayne in finance was a true gentleman. He was very patient (this is a big decision!), allowed me ample time to read and understand all the paperwork. He answered all of my questions. As a widow walking into a dealership can be daunting but I never felt that way at Planet Honda. Thank you guys!!!

I had been loyal to another dealership for my last several purchases, but when I needed to find a car in a hurry and my usual dealership didn't have what I needed, I broadened my search. Danny, the salesperson I worked with, was committed to finding the vehicle I wanted while remaining within my budget. He was warm, professional, and engaging throughout the process, and when he needed support from his sales manager, it didn’t turn into the typical “let me talk to my manager” drama. The vibe at Planet Honda is chill and pleasant - no pressure and none of the “ick” I feel at some other dealerships when they get into the hard sell mentality. Thank you, Danny and Planet Honda! My new Passport is perfect, and it was a wonderful experience all around.

Great experience! McKenzie was very supportive online prior to my arrival. Walked in with a quote. Danny helped us on site and was great with the test drive, pointing out features and answering questions. It was a very easy experience right through financing. There was no pressure, no back and forth, no games. Highly recommend!
