I needed to get my 2016 Honda Odyssey’s security lug nuts removed and John Konstandinidis, the service director, worked so fast to get me taken care of and he only charged me for the new lug nuts. The technician Ryan Baldwin had it all finished before I was able to pay. Outstanding customer service and very friendly people.
