This was my first time buying a Honda and I can safely say it was THE BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. I had my mother and husband with me and everyone was in agreement that it was the most stress free buying experience any of us had experienced. I also had my young child with me and my salesman Fred and the finance guy Austin were both SO kind and accommodating with her! Fred was so upfront and honest about everything and Austin even drew pictures with my child while I finished all of my paperwork. Absolutely loving my Odyssey and feeling so good about the whole experience!
Mr. Burns is always great and hospitable when I come in for maintenance. Doesn’t try to oversell me on services .Keeps me up to date with my process and reminds me of task to take care of before the next or during the next visit. Genuinely and probably the best associate in the building. 5Stars
Hands down, best car buying experience we have ever had! We went it just to shop, with no intentions thinking we would walk off the lot in a new vehicle that same day. Kyle was so personable and fantastic at listening to what we were looking for. He suggested a few options outside of our wants, but was never pushy or made us feel out of our comfort zone. Finance team was fast and efficient. Can’t imagine going anywhere else with such a wonderful team. Thank you to everyone at Economy Honda for making car shopping what it should be!!
