It was a great experience! Logan, my service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She kept me updated and in the loop every day. Great experience considering some past visits that were subpar. Also, the shuttle service was prompt and clean and the driver was very pleasant.
I stopped in the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change and my service advisor, Sarah, said she could get me right in. My mileage was getting close to 15,000 so we decided to go ahead and have the checkup for that while there. I was given a ride home and picked back up when it was ready. It was a very efficient and enjoyable experience.
