Well I must say that this has to have been one the best car buying experiences that I’ve ever had. Anyone who has ever bought a car before knows what I mean. I spoke with Laura Lorenz and she was so kind patient and committed to making sure that I was happy and comfortable with making the correct choices when buying a car. She was well informed and knowledgeable you can tell that she has experience. She actually cares about customer satisfaction which is rare these days. Most dealerships and sales people make you feel some sort of pressure but she was so patient allowing me to do research on my purchase without trying to influence my choices. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. If you need someone who knows what they are doing and will make you feel like you’re a valued customer ask for Laura Lorenz!

Recently bought our dream family car (VW Atlas) at Gunther VW of Delray, thanks to David Ferri. My wife and I had actually decided to pull the trigger on another car from a different brand, but happened to drive by this location 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday evening. As we walked in, it seemed like they were mostly winding down for the day, but David was kind enough to risk leaving late and give us a chance to quickly see the Atlas in person. I cannot stress enough how incredible David was as a sales advisor. We spent Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon with him. Throughout that time he managed to give us an in-depth overview of the car, enabled us to meticulously cross off every one of our concerns by testing things out ourselves (we read a lot of reviews online), and still gave us the space we needed to make a decision and fall in love with the car. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. I sincerely hope David goes far in life and his career. Thank you for everything!

I had an unexpected issue with my Volkswagen , luckily the repair was resolved quickly and promptly thanks to Lucas. I was referred to ask for Lucas at the Delray dealership and I was extremely happy with that referral! I have been to two other Volkswagen dealerships and this experience exceeded my expectations. It is sometimes difficult to have a great experience with dealerships/vehicle service, fortunately this visit was phenomenal and I truly appreciate everyone that helped resolve my issue, especially Lucas!
