Greatest buying experience with Patrick & Rick. I pulled into the lot not expecting to see anyone as I was “just looking” and out pops Patrick. I had been discovered! I wanted a car payment less than $300 and I wanted a hybrid. Call it the right place at the right time as I got a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL out the door for 11,000 with all the bells and whistles with only 61,000 miles on the car, which, was very clean and obviously well taken care of by the previous owner. I did make the financial decision to add on the warranty since it is a used car just to be on the safe side so I wouldn’t have any huge car repair bills if something went wrong . Even then my payment was still less than $300 a month! I had so much junk in my trunk (no pun intended) on my trade in that it was overwhelming to have to unload it all and haul it up to my apartment and Patrick went the extra mile, and helped me with that. Rick gave me the deal I wanted and they treated my two dogs like royalty while I was there. It was a very easy process and the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever ever had.
