One of the most pleasant experiences with a car dealer. The deal was negotiated over the phone, as I was not from the area. Johnny presented a contract that was exactly as we discussed, and in less than two hours we were back on the road. A shout out to Daniel in finance - again no shenanigans. Typical offers of extended warranties and the like that were respectfully declined, and we moved on. I'll purchase from them again, and recommend friends and family. Thanks Johnny and Daniel, we're enjoying the new truck.

I’ve had a lot of problems with this dealership in the service department. However, I have to give it to Oscar and the team for working to get better. He took a little long to get back to me on the phone, but otherwise did a great job getting the car in quickly, fixed under warranty, cleaned, got a loaner vehicle. Nice work.

I could not be happier with Lithia Kennewick and specifically Jay. I found the perfect vehicle in my price range, Jay was super responsive and helpful via email. Ultimately I drove 9 hours outta state and back to test drive and ultimately purchase it. There was a noise in the suspension on the drive home. I got nervous. Called the local Bend dealership (who didn’t help at all) and my warranty wasn’t active yet. Jay took care of it all, made sure I didn’t have to make the drive again to get it fixed and made it all as painless as possible. I cannot recommend Jay and Lithia enough.
