Our experience was great. It did take some time to work the sale, but I think it may have been because they were short staffed. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Yukon with only 86,000 miles. It's a great vehicle for our family and we are thoroughly enjoying it. Our sales guy Kyle was so helpful and professional. He was very pleasant and informative to work with.
