Not only was he transparent, but he was HONEST (GO FIGURE!), treated us like family and didn't try to "sell us". We came in, said what we needed and he delivered. I left with a car that had a CLEAN TITLE (I was provided with 2 reports that confirmed this and as a former total loss case manager I know what I was looking at and that the papers were legit), NO BAD UNSIGHTLY DIGS AND SCRATCHES, and it was within my budget and the payments are just right.
