This was the perfect truck buying experience! We did all of the preliminary paperwork for the credit report ahead of time, we built our vehicle online, Kelsey and Donnie were there to assist when needed. We were contacted when the vehicle arrived at Bowditch, Donnie even offered to come in on his day off to meet us at the dealer. We arrived and were shuffled along in completing the paperwork; everything was ready for us! The work on my car was completed promptly, exceeding my expectations in terms of both quality and speed.
