2012 RAM 1500 ST 4WD Quad Cab

Giving 5 ?? only because of Mrs. Teddi! She was and is amazing and there is no way this place would sell one vehicle if it wasn’t for her! We had been up several times looking for another vehicle and we finally found one we were ready to purchase. We showed up on a Saturday after calling to let them know we were on our way. When we got there Mrs. Teddi had a lady in her office so the insurance man gave us the key to go look at a few different cars just to be sure. The first vehicles battery was dead so we had to wait on him to jump it off. By the time the lady in Mrs. Teddi’s office was leaving and we were about to go talk with her and at least put a down payment down to hold the vehicle we had fallen in love with, the insurance man rudely comes out and tells us it is past 1 and they are closed and we can continue to look, but he needed the key and we would have to come back. We were absolutely insulted by this and knowing that this is not how Mrs. Teddi handles business. We left and again because of the previous experience we had with Mrs. Teddi we gave it another shot. When we came back the next Friday the vehicle we wanted was already sold. The insurance guy wouldn’t even acknowledge we were there until we spoke to him about if Mrs. Teddi was in the office that day. When she was available we told her about our experience and she was floored and apologized profusely and said he told her we were just looking and would come back. We picked and test drove a few vehicles and when none of them were what we wanted Mrs. Teddi said why don’t you test drive the Lincoln I think you will love it more than the Mazda you were looking at. We test drove it and fell in love since it was closing time we gave our down payment to hold the car and then due to our schedules Mrs. Teddi met us back up at the car lot when it was convenient for us and helped us be able to get a vehicle in time for our daughter 16th birthday! Mrs. Teddi is the reason Adams Motor is in business and I would highly recommend going to see her as she goes above and beyond for her customers! Thanks again Mrs. Teddi for being such a kind sweet soul and going above and beyond to make up for the previous experience we had with the insurance man. That was not your place, but you did it out of the kindness of your heart because that’s just the person you are! That is impossible to find at any car lot these days! You have a Diamond in your office! Hold on tight to her!

This place is amazing! In a desperate need of a car they got me in the car I wanted asap! I definitely recommend this place 10/10! They will work with you the best they can
