This isn’t your average dealership. They’re not going to try to sell you something you don’t want. You choose what you want to test drive, and what you want to purchase. It’s a relaxed environment, but they do get very busy, and have limited staff; so you may need to be patient. They offer warranties, and it is a used lot, so it’s up to you to get one or not. I test drove four or so vehicles in the span of a week before making my decision on a Jeep wrangler. They didn’t pressure me into anything like other dealerships do. Any questions or concerns I had, were addressed. This is my second purchase from Marsh, and I will come back again.
I loved my experience at Marsh’s auto! Coco and Gary were very helpful and answered all my questions that I needed. This was my first time getting a car financed and Coco walked me through the entire process and got me approved quickly. Definitely recommend!
I recently visited this used car dealership and was surprised at their huge selection. They especially have a variety of used pick up trucks, which is what I went there for. I was helped out by Mike when I first went there to look at the pickup. Mike was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He gave me all the details with the questions I had, and he offered great advice and suggestions without being pushy. I did not end up getting the truck right away, but after deciding to buy it a couple days later, all I had to do was fill out their application online and I was contacted right away by Coco in their finance dept. She was also very easy to work with, she got everything figured out to get me approved to finance the pickup and at a great rate! I went there, signed the papers and drove away with the truck. I am very pleased with this dealer and I would definitely recommend checking out their selection!!
