2012 RAM 1500 ST 4WD Quad Cab

We were helped by Jerry who was absolutely wonderful, respectful and honest. We just bought this car yesterday 05/22/24 and I can for sure say I am very happy with my new vehicle. I test drove it and it drove so smooth with no issues that I could feel or see. Process was very long but of course any dealership it is going to take long. He offered to help with my kids while getting everything done and also gave them M&Ms to hold there tummys over until we got done to eat which was so nice of him. Everyone there seemed very great and we are so happy with our experience and we will definitely be using them again! Thank you for our amazing car :)

All the guys at Austin’s Auto Sales were very nice and made the experience great! Especially Wayne and Anthony! This was my first car buying experience and it went very smooth! Went in thinking I knew what I want but once I saw all the cars there I went with something completely different and I’m so glad! Wayne even made sure to take me around hills and curve on the test drive since I told him I travel Snowqualmie pass often! Definitely recommend! I am in love with my new car:)

I left a message over the weekend of a car I was interested in, Wayne got in touch with me first thing Monday morning. I’ve been working many hours and wasn’t physically able to go look at the Vehicle until this weekend, I mentioned that I’m like 10 minutes away from their car lot and asked if it would be possible to bring it down on my lunch hour for a test drive. And Wayne brought it down at my lunch hour for me to test drive it. Who does that anymore? From test driving it on Monday to being in my driveway on Tuesday, this was the easiest experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had! Wayne is a great salesman and human being! He went above and beyond and made this experience. Super simple. Thanks again, Wayne, you rock!
