2012 RAM 1500 Tradesman 4x4 Crew Cab

I was not pleased when my engine went out almost in their driveway, (on “as is” purchase) they were unaware that anything was wrong but catalytic converter. But I had a totaled engine! I bought a warranty on it ($3,100) but it required a 30 day delay to be good. So they offered to use my warranty $s to buy a rebuilt engine and they would install it for no additional cost to me. They at that point they were to me honorable. Well it took over 3 months for me to get my purchase. So other than this long delay I eventually drove it away with many apologies,but as you can imagine, distraught at those month of many phone calls.???? I do reference their actions eventually in a place of honor in a bad deal made right. Thank you Zack and Ramone! ????

Excellent leasing experience. I came with two other offers and Williams Brothers beat both without seeing the other offers. This is our second vehicle from this location and both were easy and as quick as getting a vehicle can be. I imagine our next purchase will be from here as well. Our sales rep Scott was very polite, professional and listened to my requests and fulfilled all of them without hesitation. Overall a great experience.
