We came in and told Patrick what we wanted and what we needed the payment to be around and he made it happen! Very quick, easy, and not pushy. They just wanted to see us leave happy customers. Side note, we also do business with their service department through my work and they've also been great. Quicker than other Ford dealers that we've tried. I was looking for a specific make/model, and Woodhouse - Plattsmouth happened to have it in stock. When I contacted the dealership, I reached Paul Andrews, who also helped me when I arrived and throughout the purchase. Paul confirmed the vehicle details on that initial call and was nice enough to send additional pics so that I could see the condition of vehicle prior to visiting the lot. The purchase process was quick. All of the staff I came in contact with were helpful and courteous! I would absolutely do business with them in the future!!
