2012 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Crew Cab

I was given a HUGE runaround by my extended warranty company. The transmission went out of my 2021 F150 and I had American Dream Auto Protection. They need to rename it AMERICAN NIGHTMARE AUTO REJECTION!!! After literally MONTHS of trying to get them to honor their warranty that I was paying $150 per month for they just FLAT OUT DENIED MY CLAIM sighting normal wear and tear. Ford of Galesburg went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out of this HORRIBLE mess I was in and did it in an affordable way. Britney and Eric in Service pulled every strung they had because they know how badly I was being treated by this extended warranty company. To make matters worse… I was stuck driving my old Harley for months or my even older 1978 F150. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive for a while (VERY GRATEFUL FOR THAT) and ultimately they made things work for my situation. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP and the staff. HATE HATE HATE the CRAPPY auto warranty company that I “had” and am literally taking LEGAL ACTION against them and will be getting support from the fine folks at Ford of Galesburg. They are truly a dealership with their customers best interest at heart. Thank You everyone at Ford of Galesburg

Bought a great Ford certified vehicle from this dealership and had an outstanding experience. Usually I am anxious about a car purchase, but the care and honest approach was outstanding. They were never pushy and took extra time answering my questions! Also- their service department has been outstanding as well! I have only had routine inspections and oil changes- will continue coming as long as they continue their approach!
