I purchased my SUV close to a month ago. I waited to wait to post my review so I can see how things goes.i purchased a 2017 Infinity QX30. On the test drive the alternative battery light came on. Which subsequently cause the engine light to come so I thought. The dealer sent me to his fixer up guy which the place was more like junk yard and I question the knowledge of the mechanics. However they replaced the battery. The engine light came back on which was the fuel cap which I replaced. The dealer has thick accent and talk fast so beware. I had to replace the tires which he gave $500 to go to his tire guy. I had them replace at tire shop. I gave a 4 rating because the initial experience didn’t go well but thus far no problem with my car.

From Sammy to Matthew .. and every staff member we met .. we were treated with respect and a genuine approach.. Understanding our credit situation and higher interest rates we would have to pay we thought we were destined for a junker.. after finding Alpha and talking with Sammy we felt confident he was genuinely trying to help with the same understanding we did of our credit situation .. Never once did anyone try to convince us to take a bad deal. To be honest every car they had was priced right and was still in good condition..
