I did have to wait a bit on my order however, Bill is one of the best sales people that Safford has, he kept me updated on my order the best I could and provided me with top notch customer service. I am a first customer of his but my family has been buying cars from him for over 25 years. We live in Charlottesville, but since our local dealer never returned our call re. a specific van we were looking to purchase, we decided to purchase our Chrysler Pacifica from Safford in Warrenton.
