my very first time buying a vehicle and turned out to be a really good experience. Steven was my salesman and he communicated well with me over email and then in person was very friendly, polite, not pushy at all, and laid back allowing me to test drive it and take my time going over the car and answering any questions I had that he had control over. I believe it was Jermaine in the financing office who I dealt with and I was in a rush and he helped me get everything I wanted in the time amount and very personable and helpful in getting what I wanted. Would highly recommend for reasonable people looking for a more straightforward place provided you have done your homework on the process before coming in.

First visit to Bob Howard Honda. Needed service for my Accord and could not have been more pleased by the experience. Service advisor Kristian L. was extremely accommodating. He proved to be knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Service work was performed on time, priced as advertised, and completed completely satisfactorily.
