Bought a car from them today! The men in there were so nice and allowed me to walk out with a car that I’ve been wanting. I’m so happy for this purchase, would definitely recommend them to any and everyone who wants to purchase a car. If you were thinking it, I would definitely do it!

This dealership was very customer friendly, NO PRESSURE TO BUY, went above and beyond to get me the best price with financing, as good as possible, and I did get best over all cost, so now I have a pretty low monthly payment for a two years, the low monthly even makes it easier for me to make additional payments if want to so my 2014 FORD F150 will be paid off that much quicker! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP/ASSISTANCE AND FLEXIBILITY, AND PATIENCE. It is my hope to be able to purchase another vehicle from your dealership once my truck is paid off!

We live 5 hrs away in Kansas, and we were coming to purchase a jeep. After reading some reviews, I began to have extremely high anxiety about the trip and the purchase, but we already placed a $500 deposit -site unseen- not only was our jeep tip top, but the experience was amazing! We make a good living and have good credit, but what we wanted specifically for our family and our plans with what the trucks capabilites were, which we didn't want to compromise because (we want to buy a camper for a family of 5) at specific price point as in down payment and monthly payments was becoming far-fetched here in Kansas. And we were going to put off our plans. Not only did Smart Buy put us in the type of vehicle we were looking for in perfect condition, the down payment was less than we were going to put down in Kansas and we didn't have to trade in our 2018 Ford focus so we could pass it down to our daughter. And still got the monthly payment we desired! People said in reviews "Shady" we witnessed none of that... "Rude." Please, everyone here was kind, patient, respectful, and helpful. During the process, we also received a "word." If you know what I'm referring to, then you know, and if you don't... I hope one day you do. Someone even left a review on the gentleman who details in the back as being disrespectful... No, I took my dog in the back to relieve himself, and that man is great! We talked for at least 20 minutes. I can't say enough about this place. If you're a hard-working, goal oriented, truthful, and upright person who wants a vehicle and are firm in what you need and what you can truly afford, these men will help you if it's possible. I will say the interest rate is higher than what we were expecting, but they have no control over what the financial company is willing to do. But the trade-off in service, down payment, and the monthly payment we wanted to make is well worth it. I promise you... ignore all the negative reviews they are not being truthful and must certainly be out of spite. Go and see for yourself and you'll be greatly satisfied. For living in another state and having to drive so far. When we are ready for our next purchase, Smart Buy will be our first inquiry, not a last resort.
