I came in with my daughter to buy her first car and Nick was super helpful due to we researched before we came out and was able to make a good deal on a 2017 Mazda3. Even filled tires with air before we left due to pressure light went on. Would highly recommend them.
Usually when purchasing a car I know exactly what I want, and I have all paperwork filled out ahead of time etc. This time was different as I was shopping in a hurry because of time restrictions on my part. Late on a Monday night I filled out an application online. I didn't assume anyone would get back with me right away as it was well after business hours. The next morning I ran a couple errands, and then called to check on my application. Nick asked us a few questions and then suggested we come by to ensure we like the vehicle before actually submitting the application. This was the first time I felt like a salesman was more concerned with my benefit vs how quickly they could sell me a car. My husband and I live about 5 minutes from the small family owned and operated dealership. We went up there and Nick was helpful in asking questions about us and our family so he could get to know what would be best for us. Then he was really good at allowing us to look at cars without feeling forced in any one direction. He even suggested a car that I didn't think I would ever want to look at. Turns out that specific car was the best one for my needs. Then it came time to fill out paperwork. Nick worked quickly and answered any and all questions we had. Justin was the one who submitted the paperwork to the lender, and we were able to go home and wait until it was time to come back in and sign. It was a painless process for us because Nick and Justin took care of everything as quickly as they could. Once everything was ready to sign we came in and signed everything both with wet signatures and some virtually so we weren't signing our names 100 times, that was nice. Nick took the car to get cleaned and filled up the tank with gas. The next day I had an issue with my battery. As soon as I told Justin about the issue he had a new battery ordered, and today it was installed. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. They genuinely seem to care about the people they service. I waited a couple days to ensure my review was complete and wasn't rushed. Thank you Nick, Jeremy, and the rest of Westplex Auto Group!
