2012 RAM 1500 Sport 4x4 Crew Cab

This review is specifically for Alex in the service center. I had reached out to several other dealerships to service my Mercedes and it was difficult to get someone to call me back even after several attempts. It seemed as though because I did not purchase the vehicle from them they did not want my business. When I walked into the service center at Kunes unannounced Alex was so kind and patient with me . He took care of everything and gave us expert guidance on the spot. We are so impressed with his attention to detail even when the place was very busy and he was not expecting us. This is my first experience with you or any Mercedes dealer. I just recently bought one and needed it serviced and actually several other dealerships in the area were not so welcoming. I’m guessing because I didn’t purchase the car from them. That was not the case at your facility and I greatly appreciate that. Alex in the service center is absolutely amazing, patient and kind and you’re lucky to have him.

Had such a great experience with this dealership. Spent a week going to Mercedes dealerships around the Chicago Land area, and felt like once I stepped into this one everything just felt right. I was greeted by the friendliest and most welcoming employees. Which is what lacked in the other places I went to! I worked with Teresa and she was such a delight! I am so satisfied with my new 2023 GLC, I absolutely love it! From the minute I walked through the door there to now, I can’t stress enough now satisfied I was with Kunes! 10 out of 10. Would recommend!
