2025 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon X Auto

We made the plunge. We didn't know really what we wanted, just knew we needed something newer. We drove in with a 2011, drove out with a 2015. I had a lot of questions. Our sales rep, Tyrus, was very patient and answered all my concerns. In today's economy, spending money isn't easy! He didn't pressure us to spend more than we could afford and we drove away extremely happy with our decision! Thank you Tyrus for taking the time to care about how hard this was. So I rolled into Lafayette on Monday (live 4 hours away) with a full week of work planned (sales guy and my car is my office!) and my 2023 Jeep informs me “service transmission”! Of course it’s 5:30pm and service is closed everywhere so I look up the ONLY Jeep dealer in Lafayette Tuesday morning and set my sights on long uncertain wait for “warranty” work. From the jump my Service Advisor Austin Parish was straight with me. Yes it’s covered under warranty, we may need to order a part and it’s prob a 4 hour labor job - thinking it’ll be Thursday best case scenario. Ok, wait what, you have a FREE rental car for me!?! Okaayyy at least I’m not stuck in my hotel and can actually get something done! Shuttle driver Denny was quick and patient as I unloaded my stuff into the rental (1 hour after arriving at Twin City service bays!!!!!) Ding!????? that afternoon I get a text from Austin, “your car is ready” so I finished up my day and dropped my rental at the dealership (yeah just leave it here - we will get it back to hertz!) and popped my stuff in my Jeep and off I went same day fix and these guys were on top of it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPT!
