Two days after having my car, I accidentally hit the shift and I didn’t know how to use it and it accidentally put my check engine light on?????????????? I called and Jay was able to help walk me through what happened and explained what happened and how everything was OK with my car and reassured me. Everything was gonna be fine. He was amazing as well. This is my first Car purchase, and Faulkner Nissan made it very smooth for me. I look forward to getting my car serviced there when it needs it.

Regular maintenance of my vehicle is not expected to be a spectacular experience. If I went to a traveling circus I would expect a spectacular experience. Your dealership provides a utilitarian service which is required in order to ensure the warranty on my vehicle remains in good standing. I plan to keep this vehicle until it dies, like my last vehicle, so I will maintain it properly until then. As soon as the warranty expires I will be doing my own maintenance in order to save money. Thank you for being a great place to have my maintenance done. I feel the price I pay is worth the service I get.

Faulkner Nissan in Harrisburg is a great place to buy a car! All the staff were friendly and patient, and it is not a high pressure environment.
