Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Most importantly, we were in the middle of an 11-hour roadtrip with my black lab and a U-Haul trailer in tow, and the dealership squeezed us in for AC service (the first half of our trip was quite muggy to say the least) and badly needed new tires.
