Everyone was very nice and helpful. For being a rainy day on Saturday, everyone had good energy. Esmeralda was the one helping me get checked in. She was super sweet and helpful. Apparently I was informed that I had an expiration date of getting a free maintenance service. It was like a day or two passed the expiration date. But without me even asking/ just bringing up if it could be extended… Esmeralda didnt even wait another second and just took initiative to ask someone else if It was still okay. She came back and said it’s on us. I really appreciated it. I would come here again when my car would need some maintenance done, especially those who are working here are actually nice, helpful, get the job done.
Car was stolen was found a couple of days later and I ended up taking it to Ruben since a friend recommended me. Once I took it to him great communication with him throughout the time my insurance was dealing with all the hassle. At every turn of the way he let me know and called me what was approved and what needed to be done at a body shop since they don’t deal with body work.
