2024 RAM 1500 Classic

I had a wonderful experience at Randall Dodge! Eric Null was my salesman. He was very professional and polite. Had great knowledge about the Grand Cherokee. The other staff members were very nice as well. I would give them a 10 out of 10.

My name is Keith, and I just purchased a blue 2023 Dodge Challenger GT from Randall Dodge in Henderson. I took it home yesterday and I have been euphoric ever since! My salesman was Adrian Hernandez. He was nice, courteous, attentive to my needs on the car, and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. He made me feel welcome and he really made me feel at ease through the whole process. Adrian and Patrick went to work for me and made my wife and I a deal we could not pass up. They really went to bat for me and got me in the car I really wanted......and my favorite color too! LOL Really, Adrian, Patrick, and the entire staff at Randall Dodge were helpful and nice through the whole process. I would definitely buy a vehicle from them again and will no doubt return for service! Thanks a million guys!

People and experience was friendly and courteous! Product Ram 2021 1500 had driver-side rear bumper damage! That cost based on warranty/as is clause is now at my Cost! Dealership needs to do better for the COST FACTOR-checking Fenders/bumpers/suspension/lights etc! Pleased with truck! Purchasing a used/newer Vehicle is not cheap-added xtra costs immediately is NOT BUYER FRIENDLY OR expected!!! Do BETTER!
