I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car for my daughter from Factory Direct Auto, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. John, our sales representative, was the epitome of professionalism. From the moment we first connected, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect car. What truly set this experience apart, however, was John's dedication to ensuring my daughter had a positive first-time buying experience. He went above and beyond, patiently answering all of our questions, explaining all the car’s history in detail, and even taking the time to show my daughter how to use all of the car's features. Let me start off by saying that going to car dealerships is usually a stressful, FULL day affair with sales people and "finance" managers and dealer managers who want to talk to you or the sales person who has to check w their finance manager to see if they can make a deal work. By the end of the experience your excitement about buying a new car is gone and you just want to get the heck out. BUT not here at FDA - Todd was exceptional to work with. He was knowledgeable about the process, he told us exactly what needed to be done to the vehicle prior to us buying. He could have very easily given the car a quick wash and sold it to us as is , just to get the sale. Todd however, took his time to get the parts that were needed so the car would be ready to roll. He laid out what had to be done to the car and when it was ready he let me know it was good to go . When my wife and I went to pick it up , it took under an hour to sign some paper work , swipe that card and get the keys. We purchased the VW Jetta for our son's first car. Todd being a parent himself was extremely helpful in providing us any and all information about the vehicle as if it were a car for his own son. All in all we couldn't have been happier with the experience and our son was over the moon with excitement about getting his first car. We'll definitely be back for another one. You won't regret buying a car from Todd, hell you could buy a tin can from Todd and you'd be better off, that's how solid he is.
