2014 RAM 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star Quad Cab

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Chaparral Ford, new and used, and I will never go elsewhere. Their customers service is amazing, buying process very smooth, and they do their best to cut you the greatest deal. I always get so many compliments on my vehicles, especially my Bronco. I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If I could give ten stars I would . All the sales people are so nice and accommodating. They all seem to be very down to earth. I never felt pressured in anyway. When I went in (I had an appointment), Dustin came to greet us right away. We told him up front what we wanted our payment to be and showed him our trade in. He was quick to tell us what our options were if we wanted to stay in that price range. While waiting he offered us drinks and snacks and at one point offered us popsicles! Which was super awesome considering it was over a hundred degrees out. Instead of having a long, boring, drawn out wait, it was actually fun and time seemed to pass quickly. We left with our new ride, which we love!!! But we also left with an awesome friend! Good, efficient, friendly service!! My husband, Walter took his vehicle in for oil and tire rotation and the service tech noticed a large gash on the inside of the front driver side tire!! This tech probably saved us from a bad accident!! Grateful to this service tech for inspecting the inside of the tire and not just rotating it.
