I got into a car accident and totalled my car. I owed more than what my insurance would pay (no I did not have gap) so I was pretty much screwed. The owners/workers of hot dealz auto were very understanding. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or like I was a horrible person or that I could not get another car. This place is amazing, and I hope I don't have to get a new car anytime soon but if I do, I will be going here! Thank you both that helped me out! You are amazing! 10/10 recommend.

My sons car was stolen so we drove up to help him out. Went to several used car dealers and only found over priced poor vehicles. Stopped in here and and walked out very happy!!! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HOTDEALZAUTO....YOU WONT REGRET IT

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from here. Response to my inquiries were prompt and friendly. Rosa, my salesperson was the most personable and friendly (ie, not pushy) car dealer I've met, and I've met quite a few on my search for a car. The car was advertised to have Bluetooth and stereo features, but upon arrival the Radio did not work, and would need a replacement. They offered to order the radio and pay for installation, or sell the car as is for a generous markdown. I took the markdown, and they still looked up the cheapest place for me to buy a new stereo system and made sure I had all the information needed to replace and repair this issue. All in all I love my car but make sure to double check advertising...
