Michele Wagaman was wonderful to work with. We were driving from the U.P. of Michigan to Nebraska to visit family and were just browsing the vehicle sales in the area. We stopped and talked with Michele. She was so helpful. No pressure, answered questions and gave a us a to do list to complete the transaction that made it so easy for out of state purchase. Went looking for a solid used car for my son. Ran across this small used car lot and was pleasantly surprised by the cars that were available. They were upfront and very honest. I took the car to my mechanic and he said it needed a few things but for the price it was a good safe car. Returned to the car lot and made a deal. They were very friendly and everything that they told me checked out with my mechanic. You don't find that in the majority of used car lots! I will definitely buy from this lot again. The prices are fair and the cars are as described. If you're looking for a decent used car and need a no nonsense experience I definitely recommend this lot based on my experience. Remember they are used cars and not new. If you can tolerate some wear and need a solid vehicle, I think you will find it here. Thanks again Royal Auto.
