I’m giving a 5-star rating because I’m thrilled with the overall outcome of my service, but I’m disappointed with the condition of my vehicle's interior when I picked it up. When I dropped it off, it still had that new car smell, but after being at the service center for just over 24 hours, there was a noticeable and unpleasant odor. Austin and Dillan were my points of contact throughout the process of having new lift/leveling springs installed on my Bronco Raptor. Their communication was excellent, and scheduling the service was convenient. The cost was comparable to other shops, but I chose Ford for the added confidence that comes with having my Ford vehicle serviced by Ford technicians. While my primary goal was to improve height clearance and aesthetics, I was pleasantly surprised by the enhanced ride quality. The vehicle feels more stable and less "spongy" now. Thank you to the Ford team for the great work. However, I must mention that I’m concerned about what might have caused the unpleasant odor in my vehicle. It’s quite bothersome and has taken away from an otherwise positive experience.
Mobile service for the win! I am a busy mom of 2 sports kids and a full time career. I LOVE that I can get my car serviced at work or home while I continue my busy day! The techs are always professional and SO FAST! They were in an out of here in less than 30 mins and I got the full package with oil change, tire rotation, fluid top-offs and full inspection of my Expedition to make sure my mom-mobile is good to go! Highly recommend and so easy to schedule! I LOVE that Diane texts me reminders because I always forget… and also once you’re on their text thread, you can reach out to schedule and communicate with them anytime!
Thanks to Dillon in Service for the wonderful job getting my car fixed using a recall that was never given to me before it expired. I honestly feel a recall should never expire but we brought in for problems and wanted to pay for the diagnostic test to make sure what we were fixing and low and behold our prayers answered.
