I came in a week ago to meet with Carlos and Tommy to inquire about trading in my vehicle and leaving the lot with a more reliable vehicle. These two gentlemen were VERY helpful as they were patient, kind, and determined to assist me with getting into a newer vehicle on such short notice. I scheduled an appointment for one of three free oil changes. While I can’t recall her name the lady I worked with, she kind and very helpful. She could see that I was new to this and helped me by informing me of each step. I was able to get my oil changed and my tires rotated quickly. They even washed and vacuumed my baby for me. Top tier service in my opinion.
Worked out beautifully. From start to finish, whole process was rather easy. I told Mr Brett what I was there for, where my income & credit were, and what my budget was. We found the vehicle, test drove, appraised my trade, and played the bank & approval games until time to go sign paperwork. This is my third vehicle purchase from Southfork- and I’ll be back when it’s time to do it again. Absolutely awesome team to work with.
