The customer service IN PERSON is amazing. The young lady in parts (I believe her name is Shelby) was great, informative, pleasant, and understanding with the frustration of the situation. Crystal in service was nice to talk to and helped greatly over the phone. Marq in service was great... we got off to a bumpy start with me not having an appointment per advise of another employee over the phone... But we got it handled in less than an hour. Now.... the young man that answered the phone on Saturday morning when I called was needless to say NOT very happy with being at work on Saturday morning. He was DRY and exhaled SEVERAL time during our conversation. Needless to say Marq and his team got me taken care of and back rolling. Over all experience was good.
