2019 RAM 1500 Classic Lone Star Crew Cab 5'7

I live in Georgia and this by far has been the easiest process ever… This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and everyone was so great. I worked with David Brooks both times and he is awesome. I called about the 24 Jeep Wrangler and he took it from there. He is always very friendly and responsive, never leaving any questions unanswered. He provided video and photos to ensure I was completely satisfied. He worked with me every step of the way even arranging transportation so that it can be delivered to me. He gets all 10’s from me. I appreciate him and everyone else there that helped me get my dream car.

This is the only dealership I have ever been to where the sales staff acknowledge you when you walk in, recognize you when you come back, and back up everything they say. Everyone from Austin my sales guy, Kyle my finance guy, and Tj the sales manager were all great. I’ve purchased two trucks from them and every time there was zero pressure or anxiety throughout the whole process and I leave feeling like I got a great deal on the truck I wanted. The price they post online is the price you actually pay!

Called about a 2018 Tahoe Texas Edition seen on the dealer’s website on a Friday morning, talked to David Brooks. He said they just got it in and it was in mechanical inspection. He offered to go find it and send me a video since no photos were online yet. I got a video walk-around about five minutes later. I asked him to check a spot on LF fender that looked like a scratch. He grabbed a detail guy to clean it and turned out to just be bug guts. Saturday went to see the vehicle and it’s all clean, waxed, oil changed, rear brake pads replaced and ready to drive away. Berenice (Bree) Rebollar, in finance, was very up-front explaining everything and patiently answered all questions. The price was several thousand less than metroplex dealers for similar vehicles.
