2016 RAM 1500 Express 4x4 Quad Cab 6'4

Have you ever stumbled across a hidden gem? I’ve been in the market for a truck for a while looking at FB Marketplace, dealerships, friends, family and all over even considered going to other states. Then one day we were traveling through Decatur so I could check a vehicle at another dealership which we tested and didn’t like and saw this dealership as we were heading home. They had quite a few trucks and some pretty cool cars, but in the middle of the dealership lot was a truck that caught my daughter’s eye. I was certain it was going to be out of our price range. We got out of the vehicle and looked it over. A lady opened the door to the dealership and told us the truck was unlocked, but did it as a soft suggestion (nothing pushy). I went and asked the cost and it was not out of the question. In fact, it was exactly what we were looking for. Not sure if I should disclose this, but he allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic on the southwest side of Fort Wayne even though I told him I wouldn’t have it back to him for a while. Basically, what I’m trying to say is that each step of the way it has been a pleasure, they were crazy easy to deal with and I wanted to express my appreciation. What better way than a Google review?!?! I worked with Mitch and a young lady, both very kind and not pushy at all. I recently purchased my new truck from Mitch and I will say with confidence that it was the absolute best and easiest transaction I have ever had in my entire life.. I would absolutely recommend anyone anywhere to contact shifferly automotive for your next set of wheels..I live 4.5 hrs from them and it was undoubtedly worth the drive.. thank you Mitch for an amazing truck and deal.

Everything was and is absolutely perfect thanks a million Shifferly!! The only minor suggestion I would like to add is with any vehicles that have sunroofs on them please make sure they are greased well because unfortunately, my Jeep’s tracks are bone dry but no worries I will get the best all-weather grease I can find for it!!
