I drove from Kentucky because Heller Ford had the perfect Jeep Gladiator of my dreams! It was totally worth it! Working with Jason Lyczak was awesome! He was patient and understanding that I was driving from Kentucky and even surprised me with a soft-top and tube doors for the Jeep as extras that I was not expecting, totally awesome! I can't recommend Jason and Heller ford enough. I haven't purchased a vehicle in a while and they made this experience so seamless! The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I will be giving Jason a call, and I recommend you do the same! Thanks again Jason!

I have owned 2 Tesla model S. The first was a good car. The second not so good. I have heard from friends about their Mach-E ( they all Loved them) and did my research. After arguing with the poor service at Tesla I stopped at Heller Ford to look. I spoke with Brandon in sales. He told me about it, welcome my dog, took some information and handed me the key. After driving it I was impressed. I told Brandon I would be back to let my wife drive it. His response surprised me, "take it home for the night and let her drive it." Why did this surprise me? I had my dog with me. He said no problem just put your seat cover down. She drove it and said whatever you'd like to do is fine it's a nice vehicle. I went back Saturday the next I went back Friday the next day and spoke with Brandon, I told him I've been around the car business long enough this is my vehicle a Tesla model S put your figures together and let me know what the price is. I had to go because my mother-in-law was in the hospital. I explained to him what I expected for my car and what I wanted to pay to pay. To my surprise he called within the hour and had it all worked out. We showed up Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. the vehicle was there, clean and ready to go. Brandon went over everything took us to financing where we bought our new vehicle the 2023 Ford Mach e. Brandon then took us out went over all the options and all the features of the vehicle. Told me if I had any questions to call. I have called him a couple times and he was very quick with the answer for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle or a used vehicle. His laid back sales style and Hellers reputation is what should me. We've had it for a few weeks now and almost a thousand miles and love it.

This was my first car-buying experience and I only had to visit one other dealership to note Heller stands apart. I fell in love with an SUV I saw listed on their website about a week prior to test-driving it. I live about an hour away and my significant other couldn't come the time I scheduled my test drive; Monte said I could drive it home to get a better feel for it and so my significant other could check it out too. I was SHOCKED. That night I went to a KIA dealership to compare their options to what I was driving; they admitted they couldn't beat the deal. It felt like a quick decision (as it was my first time making such a big decision), but not one that wasn't thought through. Monte was able to answer any and all of the questions we came with (me, my best friend, my significant other). Monte made the experience so easy and comfortable. I'm confident that I will buy other vehicles from Heller in the future. If you are thinking of visiting, DO IT and see for yourself; it's kindness and calmness the second you walk in the front door. They seem to have an incredible variety of vehicles in-house and different vehicles are accessible on a regular basis. Even if a vehicle's missing something on your "must have" checklist, once they learn what you're in the market for, they will find you your perfect match. I've been driving my car for about a month now, and though it felt like "such a big decision" and a sad goodbye to my last SUV, I'd do it over again. I am in LOVE and am so happy.
